One. Repair and maintenance of circuits:
1. Check whether the mechanical switching action of the regulating valve is reliable and flexible, and whether the switch angle mark is clear.
2. Manually check whether the indicator light, voltage and ammeter are working normally, whether there is abnormal sound in the operation of each part of the industrial fan, and whether the three current values are balanced.
3. Check whether the components in each remote control box are normal.
4. Start and stop three times in a row, please check whether the remote control at each point is correct and reliable.
5. Test run for two hours, observe whether the motor bearing temperature and motor temperature rise are normal. The fan is operating normally. For industrial fans, regular maintenance should be carried out every six months and the situation should be recorded to allow the normal operation of industrial fans.
Two. Maintenance and servicing of motor fan blades
1. Disconnect the main power supply and check whether the motor grounding wire is good.
2. Tighten the screws and couplings of each part.
3. Check whether the insulation resistance of the motor meets the requirements, and check the main circuit contacts. If the contacts are severely ablated, the contacts should be replaced.
4. Since the fan blades are exposed to the outside for a long time during use, they are easily contaminated by dust, so they need to be properly maintained.
