How to replace the bolts of the ceiling fan

Rust on ceiling fan bolts is a common phenomenon, especially on iron bolts. Generally, bolts that have been in operation for more than 5-8 years will have varying degrees of rust, especially in harsh operating environments, which will accelerate and exacerbate the phenomenon of bolt corrosion. In order to improve the safety and operational performance of electric fans, it is necessary to repair and replace corroded bolts for long-term use. However, individual bolts that are severely rusted or even "rusted to death" can be difficult to loosen. Here are several common methods for loosening corroded bolts.
1. Using an afterburner
Using steel pipes as a force rod, a wrench is placed inside to increase the force arm. During use, it is necessary to add conflicting thick cloth to wrap the steel pipe to prevent the force rod from slipping off due to the smooth wall of the steel pipe, which may cause damage to personnel and equipment.
2. Using an angle grinder
Use an angle grinder to polish and cut corroded bolts, but it is important to note that when working at heights, maintenance personnel should pay attention to safety maintenance when using the angle grinder while standing on a ladder.
3. Using a bolt crusher
There are specialized bolt crushers on the market that can easily crush bolts.
4. Using a saw bow
The use of a saw bow to break the bolts takes a particularly long time, and can only be used when the three tools mentioned above are not available on site and the power outage time is long enough.
